Q. What type of vinyl material do you use? A. We use 6 year high performance vinyls as our standard. Avery or 3M. Q. If there is a design fee, how much is the fee? A. The design fee varies per job. Color, Size, Complexity, Number of Corrections effect design fee. Q. What is the turn around time? A. Typical turn-around time is about 3 - 5 business days. Q. What do stickers cost? A. Standard cost is aprx. $0.25 per sq inch. Q. Do you deliver or install on site? A. Yes, we will deliver products if needed and can install products on site. A fee will be assesed based on distance. Q. Do you have refunds? A. In most cases yes, if the graphics have not been made or material ordered. The design fee will be billed if a design is created and not produced. If materials are ordered, there will be no refunds. Q. If something happens and I need to cancel my order, what do I do? A. You should immediately contact mysynfx@yahoo.com about cancelling your order. There may be fees for design or pre-production. If materials are ordered you may receive partial or no refund. A minimum fee of $250 per roll ordered will be billed if cancelled after order is placed. Q. How can you ship my products? A. Standard shipping by UPS unless otherwise notified. Charges apply.
